Filling Pieces offers a 14-day return window from the date of delivery for all items in their original, unworn condition with tags attached. We strive to make your return process as seamless as the craftsmanship of our footwear and apparel.

Register Your Return

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

Prepare the Package

Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer boxes and dust bags are included to prevent damage during transit.

Affix the Shipping Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

Drop Off and Track

Hand over your package to the designated courier point and retain your receipt; your refund will be processed within 10 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
